Storage
✿ Store tea in a cool, dry place. Dark places are preferred. If stored correctly, teas can last up to 1 - 2 years.✿ If you're in a humid environment, you may want to store it in a paper bag for ventilation rather than its sealed baggie or a jar which high humidity may cause mold.
Brew guide - tea filter bags
✿ For tea filter bags
✿ Cooling blends such as "Sunnie Bliss" & "Miss Sampaguita" can be consumed at room temperature or chilled after steeping for optimal cooling effects.
- Boil filtered water
- Place 1 tea bag in a cup, slowly pour over bag 8oz of water
- Cover cup and steep for 3-10mins
- Enjoy 1-3 cups a day!

Brew guide - loose leaf
✿ For leaf and flower blends:
✿ For root, bark, berry blends
✿ Used herbs can be composted!
- Boil filtered water
- Use 1 - 3 tsp of tea per cup (8oz), and add to your choice of tea ware, or french press
- Pour over boiled water and steep 5-10mins (the longer steep, the stronger the infusion)
- Strain tea
- Enjoy! Leaves can be steeped twice, any left overs save in fridge
✿ For root, bark, berry blends
- Use 4-6tsp per 1 - 1.5 quarts of filtered water in a small pot
- Bring to boil, and simmer for 20mins (the longer the simmer, the stronger the decoction)
- Strain and enjoy! Can be used 2-3 times. Refrigerate any left overs.
- Can be infused/steeped instead of stove-top preparation, however steep it 3 times to extract the most out of the tea.
